  Extremely rude and unwelcoming sales associates, we stood outside the store for a while - there was no security just a rope blocking it off. There were 3 sales associates and 1 customer inside the store, all of them were on their phone and not acknowledging each other. All of the associates refused to acknowledge or assist us despite seeing us at the front. When we went inside and checked out the bags and perfumes, they provided no support or assistance whatsoever, asking them questions proved to be an awkward experience where we were treated with disdain. Terrible experience, shop online or elsewhere, it’s clear the associates are not interested in making any sales. We were there at 4:30 pm on Dec 23rd.

  Security does make you wait to enter until you can be assisted (30-45 seconds) once inside I received Prompt Service, Helpful recommendations and Pleasant Staff, Selection of products served our desires (no luxury good is necessary to life). Thanks to Brian for being kind and hospitable during our visit.

  Dear Celine Team, I wanted to share feedback regarding an exceptionally unfortunate and unprofessional experience we had at your Westfield Mall location earlier today around 3 PM. Our party of three waited outside the store for approximately 15 minutes. We were told there was only one associate available and that we’d need to wait until the two customers already inside had finished shopping. We completely understood and patiently waited. However, once we were finally let in, the group behind us was allowed in immediately as well, even though there was still only one associate working. Despite entering first, our group was not acknowledged or assisted. The associate immediately began helping the other group that came in after us, only briefly approaching us for a moment before walking away again. The way the situation was handled was disappointing and confusing. If only one associate was available, it would have made sense to assist guests in the order they entered. Instead, it felt like we were overlooked after waiting the same amount of time as everyone else. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers, it seems to be a reoccurring issue. I have suggestions.
