- WWWanda WangNov 16, 20251.0I tried to exchange a pair of Prada shoes at the San Jose store the next day after purchase. I never wore them outside, only tried them briefly at home. The manager refused, claiming there were marks. However, the staff had let me walk on their marble floor during the in-store try-on, so any dust could have come from that. Very disappointing experience for a luxury brand. Do not buy here, try it here and purchase online because apparently online policy is much reasonable .

We went back the next day to exchange them, but the store claimed the soles were damaged and refused to do the exchange. My wife didn’t even wear them outside. I really can’t accept the way they handled this. Don’t buy anything here—you’ll just end up feeling cheated. just try in store and buy online.

Although they didn't have that pair in their line anymore, Justin took the time to find some that would fit and then even put them on for me. He didnt have to help and he didnt have to give me his time for such a small thing. Thanks Justin and Valley Fair Prada! Ill be back!
