Like I said I bought them two days prior and tried them on and realized they weren’t for me. Didn’t realize you couldn’t like products anymore. Best advice he gave was to call the Prada customer service line. Clearly only about profits here.

They treated me like I didn’t belong because I was in flip flops (apparently they didn’t notice the 20 carat ruby on my finger or the Hermes Birkin). They didn’t have my size and said they’d text when they found them. $999.00 tennis. They never made contact again. I just found them in my size at another store and they were nice and overnighted to me at their cost and Prada FV lost my business.
- CRC. RamiezAug 11, 20251.0Don’t waste your time buying sunglasses straight from the Prada store. I purchased a pair of sunglasses thinking I would have a better experience buying direct. I had an issue with a pair and took them back which they did replace. The issue was they replaced them with a pair off the used display. Just know they won’t help you if those also have an issue. Save your money and purchase them from Sunglass Hut. Their customer service is much better.
