Couldn’t get help from anyone at this store regarding a defective zipper in my shoes. Just horrible customer service and support.

Moreover that is absolutely not comfortable to use parfumes with no spray. Louis Vuitton has decided my Return & Refund request even by phone. Also I admit the disrespect to their clients. - TATommy AvilaSep 14, 20251.0Disappointed with Return Policy & Lack of Respect I’m a long-time Louis Vuitton customer and recently visited the San Diego La Jolla boutique to return an unused Imagination Travel Spray Refill. I’d ordered it online by mistake, thinking it included the spray device. Even though the refill bottles were completely untouched and I explained the situation, the associate refused the return because I had opened the outer cardboard sleeve to check the contents (which naturally tore). She did not offer an exchange, store credit, or even the chance to speak with a manager or supervisor. If she was the manager, she should seriously reconsider how she handles client service. The experience left me frustrated and disappointed—far from the high-end, client-first service I expect from a luxury brand. I will be taking my business to retailers that value their customers and stand behind their service.
