They have some nice personal but there is one person that is super rude and soiled my entire experience with my babies. He obviously doesn’t believe in customer service no matter how much I tried to tell him about the error in the Santa portraits he assured me I was in the wrong even after I shown them the proof the website had an error. I’m a firm believer that if you don’t like giving people great customer service than don’t work in an industry that requires you to give customer service. I wish I took down his name so I can put his name on the review. Then one of the other personal said I hope they offered you sort of compensation he if fact did not which leads me to think he’s a manager. I still bought my photos cause again my babies photos came out really nice.
