For two days in a row I have placed an $80 order via door dash for a sick family member out of state who lives in this area of California. Both times, the store confirmed the order but when the Dasher went to pick it up, they sent photos of the store being closed. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the store and I can't speak to a human via the 1-800 customer service line. Very unprofessional and frustrating

Order placed before opening. No update given besides "received." Tried to contact during the day through email, direct, Corp lines and chat option. Got absolutely no where. Tried to change or cancel order. No luck. Got an email at 4:10 that the order was ready to deliver.........status....... cancelled 7:10????? Still no communication unless I went to the tracking option. Horrible service

The owner handled my order and he seemed happy to do so. Everything occurred as he said they would and I am happy to report he knocked the boots off an 85th birthday gal.

Disappointed on Valentines Day! No call-no show! Never delivered to the recipient! Never called me-nothing. I ordered on line at 8:00 AM and received my email confirmation immediately. When I hadn’t heard from my husband by 4:00, and thinking he was holding out on me or very busy, I called this location. I was on hold 15 minutes! So I emailed them a reply to my confirmation email asking if it had been delivered. No response. I met my husband for a late dinner after we’d both had very long days at work and learned he had never received it! The next day I received a call and the voice on the other end said “ we are calling everyone who’s orders were not delivered yesterday...” Yikes! How many of us were there?? “...and offering them a full refund or a new delivery date. Do you have a preference?” Really! No apology? No explanation? Yeh, I want my $65 refunded! The caller asked “ Well I see that was going to a business so would you like us to deliver it on Monday?” Since I try not to shoot the messenger, which is all this poor guy was, I resisted the urge to respond with “ Gee, I don’t know. Is Monday Valentines Day too?!” Instead I took the refund and hung up. I understand it’s a holiday and maybe it was literally impossible to fill all of their orders. Though I would have been disappointed, if they had called to tell me they couldn’t do it at least I could have done something else. This way I did nothing. This was my first and last order/purchase from edible arrangements. I mean-things happen but through it all there was no customer service-none! You’d think they’d call apologetically before the end of day, or offer a discount on your next purchase or something, but I got the feeling that my being a customer or not was just no big deal to them. Very disappointing-especially when I read all these other reviews from very satisfied customers. Bummer.
