  Placed a $210.00 order for a special birthday. More than 3 hours after scheduled delivery, we received a text stating that employee (singular) called in sick and the store is closed. They cancelled order. I now understand the terrible reviews for the Folsom East Bidwell location. Completely lacking in customer service. Where is the owner? Manager?

  Amazing!! The fruit is so good and fresh. Don’t hesitate, just order! Eddy was very helpful and friendly! Definitely will be going back.

  I'm writing this review in response to my experience today with Edible Arrangements in Folsom, CA. It is my bad for not reading the reviews for this location. Going back now I see 29 reviews and 13, yes 13 of them are one star reviews and now mine makes 14. When I called to place my order yesterday for delivery the girl taking my order asked me 4 times to repeat my phone number during the order process, never asking me for my email which I thought was a little weird so at the end I asked if she could send me an email confirming my order in which she said she has my phone number and I will be receiving a text confirming the order and then when the order is deivered I would receive another text with a picture of my order confirming delivery so I thought that sound fine to me. About 2 hours after my order I still had not received my text confirmation so I called back and asked where the text was. She didn't know why I didn't receive it but assured me the order is confirmed and it will get delivered and I would receive a text with a picture. So this afternoon my wife called me thanking me for the strawberries and balloons but I never received a picture via text. I called Edible of Folsom and let the girl know I would like a picutre to see what the order looked like. She said she would call the delivery person. She got back on the phone and started telling me that the there must be something wrong with the app & that they will refresh the app and I could go online put in my email and then see the picture. I didn't quite understand what she meant or how to do what she was suggesting and I tried to tell her that the original girl never asked for my email and the girl on the phone kept talking over me when I was trying to tell her that they don't have my email. I asked her to stop talking for a second in an elevated tone because she was talking over me so I could let her know they don't have my email address and she hung up on me. I couldn't believe it so I called back and spoke to the store manager (I think her name was Christie but I could be wrong) and proceeded to tell her the sequence of events. She didn't seem to be concerned at all that one of her employees hung up on me. She took my email address and sent me the picture. I thanked her and recommended to her that she talk with her employee because that was very unprofessional and not a good way to get repeat business. She never acklowledged what I just said and never apologized for my experience. She just said "ok is there anything else I can help you with".

  I received delivery, no door bell ring, no call on my cell phone, on Friday (2 days ago) of a Mother's Day arrangement. I found today it in the sun on the front porch, strawberries moldy, chocolate melted on all of the berries, and the pineapple was brown on top. I had to throw it away. I called Edible Arrangements, E. Bidwell, Folsom and unfortunately got Darren Messina, Operations and Finance Director. He was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. He said because of Covid the driver could not be in contact with me... I said what about the doorbell or my cell phone. He said that they had new employees, etc. Excuses... We had left the call that they would make the item again and deliver it tomorrow. I agreed. Yes, I agreed to a second delivery and DM told my son that I would not agree to a second delivery. Rude and a liar. I asked him his name and he would not give it to me and asked him again and he would not give it to me would just state his title.... I had enough and just I hung up. Then I got a call from my son, who sent me the Edible (not-edible) gift. Get this, Darren Messina called my son and said I WAS RUDE AND THAT HE WOULD NOT SUBJECT HIS DRIVER TO SOMEONE LIKE ME. HE REFUNDED THE MONEY TO MY SON!!! What a nice Mother's Day! Don't believe me that he was very rude and difficult to speak to. Please, GO TO THE REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE ONE STARS FROM PEOPLE WHO HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL. I only got his name by reading the ONE STARS from people and they had trouble with the man (Operations and Finance Director). One person got his business card and that is how we all know who this guy is. You will see in the bad reviews that someone complained to corporate and the person from corporate call DM and he was awful to her too... Do not do business with Edible Arrangements, E. Bidwell, Folsom CA
