  Very rude and lacks customer service etiquette of just greeting at the entrance. Always had a rude experience here. Not friendly at all.

  RL in South Coast has the best sales associates. All are kind, attentive, and happy to help. I had the pleasure of being helped by Firooz my last time there and will look forward to seeing him next time. Presentation wise, the store is always perfect.

  Worst shopping experience yet. I’ve been to multiple Ralph Lauren flagship stores and they’ve all been great— patient, kind, and informative staff. THIS ONE??? They were so rude— especially the older Asian female staff member (she didn’t even tell me her name, I only have descriptions of her from my terrible experience with her— I think another staff member called her Kim but I don’t want to list the wrong name definitively). I was there to return an item and potentially pick up a new sweater— during the processing of the return she kept glaring at me and basically accusing me of wearing the piece and questioning the quality for return (I’VE NEVER WORN IT OUT I ORDERED IT ONLINE AND IT DIDN’T FIT SO I WENT IN STORE TO RETURN IT!!!!). Also, she didn’t give me any return receipts or confirmations, she just told me to take a picture of her screen— HER ATTITUDE WAS TELLING ME TO HURRY UP! Afterwards, I walked around the store, ALL THE STAFF IGNORED ME. One of them even blocked my way from looking at some of the sweaters and the initial lady who helped me COMPLETELY WALKED AWAY AND KEPT SHOOTING LOOKS AT ME!! I contemplated about writing this review but seeing how there has been other complaints… this must not be a first time occurrence. I’ve been here previously before and they always ignored me— just thought it was a minor thing. But this time…. Something needs to be fixed. Very disappointed and insulted. Never going again.

  I had a fantastic experience at the Ralph Lauren store. I’d purchased a gift online but realized I was missing a nice gift box or bag. Zachary, one of the associates, was incredibly helpful and welcoming on the phone. As for my store visit an elderly gentleman helped tonight. He quickly found a beautiful bag and made sure my gift looked absolutely perfect. His kindness and professionalism really made my day. I’ll definitely be returning thanks to that level of service!
