He took the time to understand my preferences, discuss different models with me, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. What stood out most was how patient and honest he was throughout our conversation. He reassured me that my time will eventually come for my dream watch, which I really appreciated. He also offered me the opportunity to try on a few models, which was great to experience in person. Overall, the level of hospitality and professionalism Tyson showed left a lasting impression and definitely made us want to return to Palladio in the future.
