I was helped by a lady by the name of Rachel. I cannot remember the last initial (I want to say R), but she was not the manager Rachel... She was a regular staff:) This young lady helped me thoroughly from start to finish with some confusion I was having with an online order. I had done 3 orders, 2 on my account, one as a guest etc... I basically made a mess. She was so patient with me and soooo knowledgeable. I feel like i rarely get this level of service. I manage a business myself for over 10+ years and i would be honored to have a staff member like this at my business. Thank you for all you time and help!
- ZSZora svjetlaNov 8, 20251.0Generally love the store but the other day I was shopping and saw them fully search an employee before they left (checked bag and jacket and even made them open their water bottle to look inside). I understand security policies as I work in retail myself but have never seen this extreme of measures before. It makes me not want to shop if they don’t even trust their employees as much as they trust their customers. I understand it’s none of my business but it’s distasteful and disrespectful to their employees and their dignity and I don’t want to support that behaviour.
