  I visited this Rolex location to request being added to the waitlist for a Datejust. I shared my details, showed genuine interest, and was told I would be contacted. I never received any follow up or communication of any kind. It felt like I was not taken seriously as a customer. I expected a higher level of professionalism and transparency from a brand and retailer of this level. I hope the team improves how they treat new clients because the experience was disappointing.
