  Finally found a place in Vancouver for passport photos!! Just 10/10 Passport photo is a big deal for me since it’s it will stay for 10+ years. It’s important for me to feel comfortable, not pressured or rushed and be able to retake a shot if necessary. However, I find it hard to find a place where you can take a good passport photo. Seems like all places for passport photos in Van are just mediocre but not this one. SAM made this process so flawless!! I felt so comfortable and relaxed through the whole process. I was also offered a retake and to choose the favourite shot out of three taken in total. I also liked there there were no one around, I did not feel pressured at all. Thank you!!!! Recommend 100%%

  DO NOT GO IF YOU NEED PHOTOS OF BABIES They rejected our photos 2 times, and even the officer told us they are not prepared to take photos of babies, even though I called continental before going and they said yes. The gift card they gave us does not compensate for the HUGE WASTE OF TIME. I am not sure the mistakes they made are even related to being babies, so I don't recommend going even for adult photos. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

  Today, my wife and I went to London Drugs for photos. Ryne was very helpful and patient, making us feel comfortable and confident. Thank you for your assistance. This London Drugs location is fortunate to have such a dedicated staff member!
