The background light panel made my skin tone appear darker as I stood in front of the light. However, the staff was nice and tried to explain that it needed to be done this way so that the photo editing program they had would allow printing. I said I had passport photos done before, but this one was way too dark and not even my skin tone. I decided to look online and find it elsewhere. For only $5, the photo looked realistic, and my skin tone was just like that shown in the photo on the left. So I wasted my money there at London Drugs for over $20 with taxes. But it was my fault for not researching and trying to take it easy.
