The staff here have been nothing but helpful each time I’ve visited. I’m welcomed with smiles, and a very kind lady assisted me and made sure I found what I needed the last two visits. She was so lovely it made me leave this review! I recently moved a couple blocks away and have visited a few times. the selection is great and the service has been 10/10. As someone who also works in customer-facing roles, I can say confidently that some of these negative reviews seem more reflective of the customers than the staff.
