- DVDaniel VetterDec 27, 20251.0This was my first negative experience with any LD Photolab. Ordered a bunch of prints for gifts and the prints we received were wildly different from what I sent. Highlights were too hot, shadows washed out, and the black levels were quite far off. My computer monitor is correctly calibrated and the files were exported from Lightroom at full quality so it's not an issue on my end. I've had no such issues at the Ironwood location in Richmond or at Georgia & Greenville in downtown Vancouver. The difference in quality was shocking enough for me to never order from the Maple Ridge Photolab again. This makes me quite sad as a former Tech department employee (not at this location).

Response to Elly: Your colleague, Tovi has issued me a refund on my request. I have returned the print-outs and I would not be using the digital copy. London Drugs may want to train your colleague who took my photo better. Wishing you better luck although I would not be coming back to the Photo Dept.
