Somebody had a bad christmas or seems pissed to be working on the 26th, terrible service. Seems to be the same rude women mentioned above, should have listened to the other reviews.

I can't believe that the Indian employee in the photo section actually opened the film after I explained that it needed to be developed? ? ? ! ! You know, film is not cheap nowadays, and I used a medium format camera to shoot, which can only take 10 photos, and I carefully composed, focused, and measured each photo, and you actually wasted them all? No apology??? I'm not racist, but don't give film to people who don't know how to work!

My family and myself have always ordered prints and photo gifts from London Drugs. We have been very loyal customers for over 40 years ( my mother and myself). We have always gone to the Langley London Drugs to have our photos developed. Through the years, we have seen many changes to the photo lab and have used many different methods of ordering. The computers in the Photo ordering area are brutal. Always slow, the software seems out of date all the time, it's glitchy and incredibly slow. I have found it to be more convenient for myself to order my photos on the website/app. I have used my phone as well as our desktop computer. The last while now, we have noticed that this way of ordering has gone from "very easy, fast and convenient " to "slow, broken and a total pain that you will be fighting with for a lot longer than you probably have the time for". I/we have spoken to the staff at the lab as well regarding the difficulties in placing orders. I have also recently been in touch with the online help with online ordering at home. I have sent screenshots and answered all of their questions in an attempt to help them fix the issues. I continually get "failed to upload" messages, pages taking forever to load, the server going down etc. Today, I tried for the fourth time on my desktop computer, to order a large number of photos. I have been putting off ordering since it either doesn't work, or I have to fight with it for an hour or more. I, now, have so many photos to develop. It's super annoying that the pictures wouldn't all load so that I could manage the crops of each print after already sitting and waiting and watching my photos continue to fail to upload etc. I gave up on the cropping option ( which I'm not too happy about ) and just wanted the frustrating process done for now. The next part of placing your order isn't all that smooth either. The option to have your order shipped or pick up is super glitchy. It constantly refreshes/jumps back to "pick up order" when you click on the "ship my order" tab. You have to redo that option several times. It will show you that the information is incomplete when it opens the next page for you to review. This means, you click on the "edit" button and end up back in the cycle of re choosing your desired option over and over again until it FINALLY decides to work. I actually started "Googling" other options of ordering photos online. It's not that easy for me to get out and pick up my orders, so having the option of them being shipped to my home is a great option. I really don't want to stray from my loyalty to London Drugs Photolab since they usually do a beautiful job. If they don't fix their ordering options so that they actually work smoothly for their customers, I may have no other choice but to use a different company. I am a mother of two young boys, so you know I'm taking hundreds of pictures.. and I would like to have copies of our favourite shots/memories. Don't turn off your customers by making the ordering process frustrating, or you will lose business. Please, I'm begging you.. FIX YOUR COMPUTERS AND FIX YOUR ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM.

I have always ordered personalized gifts from London Drugs but I have always picked them up from the High Street Mall London drugs. Unfortunately that location has shut down. I got them sent to the Langley Location this year which is out of the way for me in Aldergrove so when I had an opportunity to pick it up and they took over half an hour to try to find it only to tell me that they had no idea where it was I was not too happy. Now I have tried to call them to see if they have found it and they have let my call ring out three times with no way of leaving a message. I’m really disappointed by this London Drugs location.
