We had to go to another photo studio to have them retaken. At the embassy, I was told they’ve recently had to reject a ridiculous number of photos due to unacceptable quality.
- RNRosalind NgAug 28, 20255.0Came here to get a passport photo taken for my 3 month old. The tech was amazing, he was so patient and empathetic when dealing with my kid. My kid was drooling a lot which caused some reflections in the picture. In the end, my kid ended up crying, so we had to stop. He printed a picture with the least reflection and told us to come back if service Canada rejected the picture. They accepted it. I didn’t catch his name but he had some face piercings and longer hair. It was a great experience. Thank you so much for working with us.
