- MSMatt SeaMay 24, 20241.0They messed up my order for a photo book at the lab. After 30mins of explaining the mistake, they finally saw that the book didn't match the website and understood. It took that long because they were trying to work out if it was my fault. Then they made me wait another 30mins while they destroyed the book in front of me because it contained personal information (photos). The book backing and cover was too thick for them to destroy, so they ripped each page out of the book, shredded, then gave me the book backing and cover for me to destroy and gave me a bag of shredded pages. They claimed they couldn't just give me the book to destroy because it had to go to head office for stock record... but they ended up and 30mins or more of wasting my time, giving it all to me anyway. Pathetic. Wasted hours creating the book online. And wasted hours getting a refund and getting the book destroyed because they didn't want to give me a badly printed book for free.
