- JDJekin DadhaniyaOct 28, 20255.0Newborn passport photos are free. The staff was extremely helpful, modest, and prompt. He helped me with my custom need of different photo dimensions. His work was accurate. I would give 6 stars if I have an option, but unfortunately I can give only 5. :)
- YPYun PJan 20, 20242.0Was greeted by a very nice gentleman when I got to photography section in London Drugs, who directed me to the photo lab. Then the experience took a down turn. Ashely, who helped me with payment and photo taking, was professional. But her colleague (person B) was very impatient when I asked a simple question about stamping. And I could hear her complaining to person C, rather than explaining to me. Later person B checked with person C, before shredding a pair of pictures, which looked like mine. So I asked person C, who denied: “Those are MY pictures.” While I have very dark hair, and her hues are much lighter, making her reply a straight lie. If they were truly her pictures, why would an employee print her own pictures then shred later? Not sure if I happened to get there when someone’s in a bad mood, as person B was also talking to Ashely in a condemning and depressing tone. Would give 1 star, but adding one for the polite gentleman and professional Ashely.
