Based on that purchase, we also bought matching shoes and a purse. About a week later, I called to check the status of the dress order, and I was informed that the item had been damaged and could not be delivered. When we spoke to the manager, she told us that the dress had actually never been available and was never ordered in the first place. We were very upset because we had purchased the shoes and purse specifically to go with that dress. I accepted the refund after learning that the order had been mistakenly placed by a new staff member. However, it’s been almost a month, and we still haven’t received our money. Every time we call, they tell us the refund will be deposited in a day or two—but nothing ever happens. We even went to the store in person. I’ve never had such a bad experience, and I may never shop at Michael Kors again. I definitely would not recommend spending any money there
