- SSSoFleakAug 24, 20255.0Bought a whole new wardrobe here, spent $500, and the customer service was amazing. It started when I walked in the door. I was greeted immediately by the people at the register and even by a few more workers in the store. I was checking out some jeans, and one of the guys in the fitting room helped me understand all of AE's style of jeans so I could find the ones I loved. One I found, my outfit, I took them to the fitting room, and there’s a little button in the room to ask for service to find a different size or something, and someone was always there immediately. I found that my experience wouldn't have been the same without Gracie. After I tried everything on, I went to the registers, and I am a tier 3 member in the app and wanted to use my discounts. Lucky for me, Julia and I scanned each of my like 20 things and price-adjusted each one. So I saved so much. All in all, this is why I love American Eagle so much, and my visit made it all that much better.
