  So I drove 45 minutes here with my wife on a recommendation from a landscaping co. to purchase and have installed a fire pit. The woman I spoke to showed me 4? fire pits which we didn't care for and then said you should have one custom built? Nice way to run a business. She seemed to have no interest in selling one to us. Don't waste your time coming here.

  By far the BEST customer service experience that I have had in a very long time. All the inside components of my fireplace needed to be replaced. Their communication and follow up on my repairs was exceptional. They needed to make a couple trips to my house to diagnose the issues and a couple parts needed to be ordered. They were always prompt on their arrive time, took the time to carefully make sure that all items around the fireplace remained clean while they did their work and left my fireplace looking better than when I bought my house. Jesse, the service technician, was kind & courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with. As a local business owner myself that thrives to provide good customer service to my clients, was beyond empresses with this business. I will use them again when I need something and will not hesitate for a single moment to recommend this business to anyone who needs them.
