- DLDaniela Lee4 days ago5.0I first came into Burland back in 2016 when my husband and I were getting engaged for my first engagement ring, I really wanted to shop in a pop and mom shop for our rings, as it felt more special and personal than a big retailer. We then came back in 2017 for our wedding bands, and in 2022 for a second wedding band for me and resizing. Throughout all these years, I have put my rings through the wringer, and they’ve held up wonderfully! This year my husband and I decided to upgrade my ring, we initially thought to buy a new ring altogether and placed and order, but after some thought, we came back and spoke with Marc, who completely understood the sentimental value of my original ring. He had us sit down and discuss what stone size they could make fit, the quality of stones (they carry natural and lab grown), that they could make my original center of my ring a pendant, and man did they deliver! I will forever be coming back for any of my jewelry needs.

They were very helpful with doing multiple resizings, specifically for the bracelet. I decided to wear my bracelet for a bit today and the (brand new) chain broke off within a few hours. I was just sitting around the house. I know the bracelet can be a complex repair, but I went with their recommended chain. For a $300+ repair I expected better quality, and to last more than a few hours. Now I have to take it somewhere else and pay even more for a second repair that shouldn’t need to happen.

- JRJulia RodriguezJun 27, 20254.0Amanda and one of the gentlemen (didn't catch his name) were so personable, helpful and eager to help, both in-person and over the phone. I dropped off two chains to be repaired ($60 total) and exchanged some broken hoops for store credit, and they took about a week to fix the chains. Trish had quite a snappy, belittling, and impatient attitude. I mistakenly thought I had paid ahead, so I mentioned it when I came to get my chains. Nonetheless, I paid that day. She said she's worked there for 36 years. I would hope after 36 years, you can identify a first-time customer and show some patience and grace. Trish, I hope you can reconsider how you approach customer's misunderstandings, even on the busy, hard days.
