Despite standing there for five minutes, not a single employee greeted me or offered assistance. It wasn't until I was about to leave that someone finally acknowledged me with a belated "good morning." This lack of initial attention was incredibly rude, especially considering customers come to a flower shop expecting some level of service and a simple greeting. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
