Jackets and T-shirts are great buys here, though shoes tend to be pricier compared to competitors; hopefully, they can keep pricing more competitive. The store offers options for all age groups and remains one of the best Columbia Factory Stores I’ve been to.

However, I didn't mind, I thought to myself everyone has bad days. But, what ruined my shopping experience was when I went to try on clothes. Why was the employee with curly hair in a bun on her phone? That is completely disrespectful since no one would know what shes doing on her phone. Potentially an invasion of my privacy. Obviously, management had normalized this. Management do better since your employees reflect you. I would never go again if management would continue to let their employees giggle on their phone in the fitting rooms. That is so weird.
