- SSShap2 days ago1.0So let me start to say that I've been going here for years and I bought other items I came in and tried to purchase a handgun I did a full background check got approved for a credit card I have a 800 credit score no record and then they delayed my background after 3weeks no answer I just got my money back . Unbelievable. I have no record and they don't release the items . Never buy a fire arm will have you waiting for over a month or more for no reason I'm from TN so I don't know if that was it but crazy

There was 5 workers standing talking and I walked up and asked if they could check for any extra of a specific ammo in the back. Robert looked at the ammo and thought about it for a second, and then told me they don’t have any ammo in the back and what’s on the shelf is what’s available. Well I’ve been here multiple times and workers have gotten me ammo from the back plenty of times. Usually everyone’s very helpful but Robert would rather lie and be lazy than do his job for 5 minutes. Anyways, I asked another worker and he miraculously found 5 more boxes of the ammo! So thank you to him, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he (and many other workers) are awesome and actually do their job. Do better Robert

- MDMike DonbroskiOct 28, 20251.0Placed an online order and the email said it would be ready by 4pm. I was supposed to get an email confirming it was ready to pick up. That never happened. I started a chat with customer service. They called the store to see what was going on. Apparently hours after I placed the order they hadn't done anything. The order was two dog bones!!!! How difficult is that? I ended up going there the next morning because by the time I got the email it was ready it was too late. I arrived at the store and the two young guys behind the counter couldn't find my order. They ended up finding one of the dog bones and they said we will just keep looking. I said to them, why don't you just go get one off the rack? They said that will work too. That store is the blind leading the blind. 🙄
