Not even 3 hours later my umbrella was stolen, and I called to ask for a replacement and they rudely declined. Saying there was nothing they could do. I know other businesses that would give you a replacement simply because they care about their customers. For example, Hike Shop, Prescott, Az; Henna Shoppe, Phoenix Az, And Govee.com. All reliable and your purchase and customer hood matters, unlike at this senseless shop.

They showed me how to make adjustments on all the varying belt, shoulder, load lifters, and back height adjustments. They even went as far as to place an order for the exact model and color that they didn't have on the floor. Not only that, but they were open and accepting of me bringing my esa dog in to help me shop. I highly recommend this outfitter for anyone looking for seriously good gear, rare finds, and knowledgeable and kind staff 5⭐
