- MCMelissa CastellyNov 2, 20251.0I was under surveillance by the swat team staff at this location. Everywhere I walked, I slowly but surely I started to notice associates following me. I ended up buying a $168 sweater and planned to buy more but I was too uncomfortable. When I told the store manager about the experience, he brushed it off as Ralph Lauren policy for his staff to upsell. I’m not an idiot. No one was asking to help me. A good 7 associates were following me everywhere I went and calling back up for more associates to follow me. Even the security guard stared me down. I’m the LAST one to talk about anything being racist. But man, I’ll never go back to this store.

He was professional, attentive, and made the experience feel personal and smooth. The other staff members, especially Pam, were also extremely helpful and kind. The store itself is well-organized, clean, and located in a beautiful area. Overall, a wonderful shopping experience!
