- JAJS AI2 days ago1.0There was a time I would have given them six stars. As a kid who was barely old enough to drive, Rolex was about horology, and dealers kept working models on hand. Today, the brand and its dealers feel distant and condescending, driven by status rather than substance or connection. I don’t need theatrics or champagne, I miss the humility of a seasoned salesman who took the time to show a kid every model, knowing he wouldn’t buy. I hope Rolex and its dealers can return to those stars.

I had called to inquire about getting a Rolex for my husband and really did not know much about the buying process. Phillip took lots of time to explain everything and discuss the watch. The store went above and beyond to make this a special gift for him. We were thrilled when we got the call that his watch was in and we enjoyed Phillips knowledge of the watch and Rolex brand. Everyone at this store was so wonderful and we will definitely be back!

I understood there would be a wait for the Submariner, and my sales representative initially provided an estimated timeline of three to six months. After six months had passed, I followed up with the representative and was informed that the model had been reallocated and that the wait time was now indefinite. Maybe I had an unlucky experience but I wanted to highlight this for others if they’re to go off the reviews.
