  I have been wanting a Sport Rolex for quite some time. Was in the store talking to Philip and we were talking about watches. I showed him my Collection and hit it off real well with him. I was on the list for a while and been in multiple times, but never really sat there and talked for a while. It was my birthday the day I went in and he asked me what ones I was looking for so I updated my list. One I put on was a James Cameron Deep Sea. About a month later he called and let me know he had it. I had a great experience and felt like he genuinely cared that he was able to get it for me. When you go in ask for Philip he is a great guy to work with.

  I would like to thank Claudia, who once again welcomed me so graciously and introduced me to another member of the team—whose business card I unfortunately forgot to get! 🙈—but who was also very attentive. I had been researching the Tudor Royal 41mm model for quite some time; to me, it is a beautiful watch that suits any occasion. I was delighted to purchase it at Coffin & Trout Fine Jewelers; I find that the entire team is incredibly attentive and welcoming. I also viewed several Rolex models alongside a friend and our wives, and indeed, every single model possesses its own unique beauty and history. This is a truly special place in Chandler. Thank you once again.

  Really great experience at Coffin & Trout. I needed a watch to commemorate an important milestone and was anxious about whether I'd be able to gift it on the actual day as opposed to just telling the recipient it was coming. Phillip assured me he would likely be able to make the date and kept in constant communication with me. He was always so kind whenever I just "stopped by" with my nervous energy. And...would you believe I was out of the country when the watch actually came in! Phillip could have sold it to anyone else, but he put it aside and kept it safe until I could come get it. As a first time buyer, I honestly did not expect to be treated so well. Thank you C&T.

  An extraordinary place! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan, and knowing that he is the president of Rolex in Chandler, I imagined that the excellent service from everyone and the great organization of the establishment could be nothing less than exceptional. Right at the entrance, the kind security guard introduced me to Claudia, who in turn introduced me to Ryan. I am very grateful for his patience with my limited English and for showing me several Rolex models, each one more beautiful than the other. I tried on the Sea-Dweller, the Deepsia, and the 36mm and 41mm Oyster Perpetual models. My wife and I were very well received with great kindness. I will certainly return and recommend it to everyone who hasn't yet visited this place. Once again, thank you very much, Ryan and Claudia! 🙌🏻🤗 They not only have Rolex watches, but also Tudor watches and many other beautiful pieces. ¡Un lugar extraordinario!
