My wife wanted a petite diamond cross necklace of which they had several available on display - but none were exactly what she was looking for. So, the gentleman that was helping up (Phillip Bosen) said they could mock up a wax sample of a couple crosses for her see and choose from. I was shocked when he contacted me a week or so later and asked us to come in and see what he had available. Essentially he took the description of what my wife was hoping for and along with their jeweler created two beautiful diamond cross options for her to choose from. He skipped making them up in wax as he knew exactly what she wanted. When we arrived he had two diamond crosses and one of them was exactly what she wanted and she absolutely loves it and she wears it everyday - thank you so much!!! We will definitely be back.

- RRRJinAZOct 26, 20255.0Awesome visit to Coffin and Trout today. Instantly recieved a warm welcome from a lady (sorry I don't remember her name) and offered something to drink. She gave us the lay of the store and walked us to the area with the Rolexs. She then introduced us to Matt. Matt was extremely helpful and informative on various Rolexs. I was able to try on several pieces and ask a variety of questions. Matt was never pushy and very accommodating. Best experience to an Authorized Rolex Dealer I've had and looking forward to working with Matt for my first Rolex.
