  This store is never open during their open hours. Every-time I drive all the way here there is a sign on the door that they’re closed and will be back later in the day at a certain time, then they’re never back at that time. This is obviously a super common issue here so if you look online and see that they’re supposed to be open and see where the owner comments and says that they’re working on the issue, just know that they’re not, they’re still always closed or on break so just don’t waste your time.

  Every time I’ve had to order scrubs, they didn’t ever come in. I had to call repeatedly over the span of 4 weeks to check their status, only for them to finally say that the color or style I had ordered was discontinued. Why did you let me order a discontinued color? And why did you wait 4 weeks to tell me this?!? Unfortunately, it’s the only store my workplace is contracted with…

  HORRIBLE. Ordered scrubs a month before my new job, PLENTY enough time for them to be in store and ready to be picked up. Called on a Monday before I was gonna come get them Friday to make sure yet again that they had came in, BOTH TOP AND BOTTOM. I was told yes they were in the store. I go back up there that Friday and sure enough, wrong size scrub bottoms and no top. While I had called earlier that week and was told BOTH top and bottom were in the store, ready to be picked up... I get to the store and the tops are on BACK ORDER UNTIL NOVEMBER 17, which was known at the time of ordering, no one bothered to tell me. They went ahead and let me order without saying a word. Which no one bothered to tell me the two times I called before coming to the store. Keep in mind, I start my job that following Monday. So I had to get a refund and take my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t have been near as angry, if the communication wasn’t so bad. The employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Their customer service isn’t good at all. They will NEVER get my business again. Stay away and go elsewhere. Couple weeks after this happened to me, it happened to my friend too. Take your money elsewhere! Not worth it if they don’t have what you need in store at that time.
