Since 1987 Tom & Lynn Hart owned/operated multiple consignment stores in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. In 2005 they decided to launch a new concept of a resale store that specialized in trendy teen & young adult clothing. After their original Northwest Oklahoma City store began, Tom & Lynn (as well as their kids Jase & Tassidy Rahill in OKC & Cortney Hart in Arkansas) have had the opportunity to open new locations approximately every 2 years. Now having 5 stores, this once best-kept secret has grown to be a local hot spot for buying & selling trendy clothes.
Feedback on staff behavior is mixed, with many customers reporting rude or unhelpful interactions, while some praise specific employees for their friendliness.
Store Organization
Customers frequently mention that the store is cramped and messy, making it difficult to browse through items.
Pricing and Value
While many customers appreciate the low prices and good deals, there are complaints about the low offers for items brought in for resale.
Product Quality
There are concerns about the quality of items sold, with reports of dirty or damaged clothing and issues with authenticity.
Overall Experience
The store has a fun atmosphere and a good selection, but negative experiences with staff and organization detract from the overall shopping experience.

Everything is extremely crammed together, they blast corny annoying music, and there's absolutely nothing interesting.

Took in 2 full tubs of brand new, never worn shoes still in boxes and a couple of shirts...left with $9 whole dollars and what seemed like 2 full tubs and was told they only bought 2 pair. It wasn't until I went thru the tubs at home that I realized most of my shoes were taken(and not paid for) and someone else's very worn, very used clothes and dirty, random shoes(some with no mate) were stuffed in my tub. Didn't realize employees of this establishment were trained in theft. I even called and tried to speak to someone..had to leave a message..but of course, my message was not returned. Wish I could have given zero stars. Customers beware. Don't take your eyes off your belongings. Not even for a second.

This place is awesome. Cheapest clothes in town, but also tons of choices. I got an 80 dollar pair of Columbia PGA shorts for 8 dollars, a 140 dollar pair of nikes for 12, and a couple very nice pairs of pants for 10 each. The staff is amazing, smart and helpful, especially a girl named Lily. She was the sweetest and super helpful. She deserves a raise. 10/10 stars.
