    The employees are always friendly and helpful. The main drawback is it always takes such a long time to check out.

    There was a ton of employees working and I asked 4 different people where something was and they all just pointed to a general section of the story and not one of them actually would help me find it. It took me 35 minutes and 4 minutes before they closed before I eventually did find it.

    Didn't have softball cleats which is what we needed and most of the employees were too busy putting up clothes and didn't want to be bothered helping anyone. We did buy a few things, but we ended up at Dick's for the cleats and the employees were a lot nicer and helpful there!
