I was looking for a remote control truck from my grandson in Alaska and found it on their website. Trying to get it shipped in a timeframe of what was on the online shipping would not get it there in time for Christmas. So I called the company and they went out of their way to try to find a way for me to get the truck and the availability to get it to my son in Eagle River Alaska in time for Christmas. I will tell everybody in anybody I meet that is looking for toys online to definitely Shop at this company thank you ladies so much
