  I ordered a swing set Feb 24th, website told me to pick up March 5th, I woke up this morning (March 3rd) to a text saying my order is canceled because they’re out of stock? So I got with customer service and they told me it was a problem with my bank? I noticed they raised the price of the swing set after canceling my order, Academy Sports is shady. 🤦🏻‍♀️

  Yalls cullman Alabama store. Gun department lady was really disrespectful if I could I would give negative -5 star I was trying to help my mother out to fill out to purchase a pistol and she was really rude. I will never purchase anything or return to the cullman Alabama store location. I went on to dunams in jasper had no problem purchasing a pistol for my mother. That woman in sporting goods needs fired she made use cancel the purchase and leave the store. Said can't come back in the store for 3 months.I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE.

  This place is wild. Not only is their inventory just a bunch of junk, when I tried to return a sweatshirt for store credit (which was $34.99 on their shelf bought from their store) they told me they could only give me $8 because that’s what it’s selling for at other stores? Like what? Not to mention they don’t even offer a military discount, or at least that’s what the store told me!
