I told him what I was looking for and he took me to the right direction. I decided on the J140 jacket, the overall vibe it presented was functionality and leisure. After making sure I had the right sizing, Ivan proceeded to ring me up and said “Let me see the pictures after the shoot!” I will attach them to this review, amazing experience! I’d recommend to anyone!

From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to answer questions, made solid recommendations, and clearly knows the products inside and out. It’s rare to get customer service that feels authentic and effortless, but Ivan made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re shopping at this location, definitely ask for him — he’s a big reason I’ll be coming back. Highly recommend this store and shoutout to Ivan for top-tier service!

They only looking for a certain caliber of people to shop. I was under the impression that Carhartt was work wear. Big and tall guys don’t shop this store, their competitor is not far, they have big and tall sizes.
