A supervisor or manager even saw the chaos at checkout, turned around, and walked away like it wasn’t his problem. What should have been a quick in-and-out trip for socks (before a 10:30 game) turned into a 25-minute wait. To top it off, the cashier acted like checking me out was an inconvenience. Completely unacceptable.
