    The best! I have to say I made things really complicated for them with the delivery days because there were constant changes in plans, but even so, they made it possible. I’m really very grateful.

    Initially the phone conversation was pleasant and I was assured the designer would take care of it and follow my instructions for a pastel arrangement but it went downhill from there. However after a couple of conversations and photos my faith in good business still does exist. They were completely wonderful in helping fulfill my expectations. Thank you Bagoy’s for turning this around for our birthday blues! Stellar customer service.

    10/10 customer service, I was helped by a worker named Julie and she was heaven sent with a mix up with my order. someone give her a raise🙂‍↕️. The flowers were beautiful and the delivery driver was very understanding. Thank you bagoys. give that driver a raise too!
