He repeatedly rolled his eyes at us when we handed him the clothes and didn’t even bother to respond to my questions. This is by far the most outrageous and disrespectful behavior I have ever encountered from a sales associate. I should also mention that his attitude was not only directed toward me but also toward my wife. He kept rolling his eyes and treating the guests coldly. She didn’t say anything at the time—she’s a gentle person who avoids confrontation—but once we got back to the car, she was so upset she was nearly in tears. She had never been treated like that before. I wanted to go back and address the issue, but my wife stopped me and simply said we would never return to this store again.
