Bought a coffee tables and 3 end tables on November 28/25. I was told that everything was on backorder and my coffee table would be in on December 11th. My end tables would be in on January 18th. The salesperson told me I would be contacted on the 11th to schedule a delivery time for the coffee table. It's now January 9th and I have not received a phone call or my coffee table. Contacted the brick and asked where my coffee table was and why I wasn't contacted. A lady told me set my coffee table was in their store but the end tables were still not there yet. I asked why no one contacted me telling me that my coffee table would be delayed, she became very arrogant on the phone so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager apologized and set up a delivery time for the coffee table. I'm hoping the product comes in good condition, I won't be buying from the brick or Leon's again as they are both owned by the same corporation.

Buying a new washer and dryer was painless. The salesman was very helpful and informative and gave us the best deal I feel he could have. The delivery team was also great. They had the old units out and the new units installed in about a half an hour.

Do not fully trust everything the sales staff say, important details are not always clearly explained. I purchased an extended warranty and was told I would receive the credit back if it wasn’t used. What I was not told is that the credit must be claimed within 90 days after the warranty ends. This condition was never explained by the sales staff, and they didn’t even tell me to read the details on the back of the receipt, where this restriction is hidden. I also received no reminder or notice when the warranty expired. When I contacted the store manager and the support team, I was told the credit was forfeited. Very misleading, buyers should carefully read the policy before purchasing.
A really bad experience, lesson learned, and I will never shop at The Brick again.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
