The staff seemed more focused on having their names mentioned at checkout than actually maintaining the quality of the products or helping customers. I was handed a sweater with threads hanging out in several places, and when I asked for a better one, they brought another from the back that literally had a hole in it. For the prices they charge, you'd expect at least decent quality, but instead, you're paying premium for defective items and careless service.
