I wanted to buy a jewellery piece, I couldn’t find it so I was looking for someone to help me but unfortunately lady on desk ignored me and took the phone call. She should know that I am waiting for assistance first and in store customers are her priority not the phone calls. I waited about 5 minutes and she kept talking on phone then I went to another girl ( she looks like from phillipines) NVM she was even worse. No hello or greeting. Talked to me very rudely. Waste of time. I had to drive to premium outlet for my item. I would recommend every one to go there instead of shopping at this terrible place. All staff members at outlet MK are professional and provide exceptional customer service. I would never shop or come back at WEM MK… So disappointed
