The staff member just gave me the worst customer service. I’ve never felt so rushed and unwelcome in a store. The man (maybe late 30’s) couldn’t even have the decency to ask me how I was. Super unfriendly. He was zero help with giving me options for helping me choose what I wanted as I wasn’t too sure. I got the attitude of “right what do you want and hurry up”. All he wanted to do was throw the products at me so I’d leave the store sooner. Whether he was rushing to get back to something that he was doing out back, there still should be some sort of decent customer service given.

I recently visited Fire and Cannabis and had one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had at a store. The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and dismissive, treating me with clear age-based discrimination. Instead of being helpful or respectful, they made me feel unwelcome and judged simply because of my age.
No customer should ever be made to feel this way — especially in a place that’s supposed to be friendly and professional. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and I will not be returning. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training on how to treat all customers with basic courtesy and equality. He got very ubset when I was just being polite and trying to start conversations it frightened me.

The guy at the counter was nice, but he guaranteed gummies would keep me asleep and they didn't affect me at all. I got 2-3 hrs ea nite, the usual without any sleep aid.

Carry better products. These two packs costed about 80 CAD and every single one of these joints were so badly rolled because they are too tightly packed to the point where they don’t hit. To fix this, you literally have to toss push out bud to make the joints even hit slightly. I shouldn’t need to do this when buying prerolls and paying a premium.
