We usually interacted with team members rather than the manager. The manager told me they “do a lot for us,” and I’m not sure what that means. Frankly, we were regular loyal customers and the way it was handled made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. I was caught off guard and it left a lasting impression that changed how we view the store. It’s disappointing to be treated this way after being such consistent, supportive customers. We’ve decided not to return after this experience.
