Living on Ontario, I had no idea who to contact and how to go about this from afar. During a visit to the area, my husband and I contacted Bryanna Ingram, realtor with Urban Realty. When we met her, we were instantly put us as ease by her knowledge, thoroughness, and straight forward nature. What’s more, she was always considerate and respectful when arranging showings, in what was a singularly sad and stressful time for my family. And she communicated with each of us promptly, at every step along the way. So, what I anticipated would be a nightmare of an ordeal, wasn’t. The house sold for near the asking price and the sale closed less than three months after listing. I, and my family, can’t thank Bryanna Ingram enough for her professionalism and steady hand in guiding us through these uncharted waters. And we would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home in the Whitehorse area.

Although I liked her warm, relaxed, responsive, and knowledgeable approach from the first time I met her, it wasn’t until I went through the process of actually buying a home (with her help) that I was able to more fully experience Bryanna’s true expertise. She walked me through every stage of the home-buying process with ease and was always there to answer questions, provide direction, and bring calm during stressful moments. She offered great suggestions about how to make an offer that had an increased likelihood of being accepted, and provided with me with valuable, spot-on instruction every step of the way. I can’t imagine having gone through the home-buying process (especially in this market) without Bryanna’s help, and I can’t thank her enough!
