- SDStacey DoyleAug 10, 20251.0I lived here for 3 years. After getting bed bugs three times, having roaches, and the drug issue with building D i had enough and moved out. They will tell you nobody else had an issue with bed bugs so they can charge you over 300 to get it taken care of just to have it happen again in 2 months. Aglfter the third time they had the whole building looked at and come to find out over 19 people had bed bugs. When you bring up concerns it is brushed under the rug so they dont have to deal with it. The rent will keep going up but the living situation keeps getting worse. I'm glad I got out of that place just over a year ago. Do yourself a big favor and dont move into these places.

- SCStephanie ChristensenJul 28, 20241.0Tbh ive been here 3 years I've seen bedbugs, roaches,poor management, everything they do is late been waiting 3 years for them to fix my internet I'm still currently waiting, the stairwells are never clean dead bugs and stains everywhere they smell too, they like to blame you for everything, laundry is 4 bucks a load and they charge you 670 for a less than 500 Sq ft apt they tag on fees so it goes over 700 a month they don't even print out your lease so you can see if it is all on line and they can make up whatever bills they want, I've literally seen them evict people for reasons that were probably illegal. The elevators don't even pass code and get shut down all the times..... I wouldn't recommend this place again
