  Do not live here! I have nothing but bad experiences at this complex. First off, at move in nothing was cleaned. My apartment had dirt everywhere, uncleaned bathrooms, and un vacuumed floors. It also smelled highly of marijuana and body odor, which took months to get rid of. The WiFi never works. I run my TV, computer, and iPad off my own hotspot because the wifi never works!!! It is an absolute nightmare being a college student (especially when it goes out during an at home proctored exam). When I transferred units, I was charged nearly $200 in damage charges of things that were already there when I moved in (that I had taken note of on the move in checklist, which they "lost"). It was August when I submitted an appeal and followed up weekly. Still haven't gotten a refund or heard anything since September (it's now January). I had roommate issues and wanted to either get out of my lease or transfer units. One reason was out of concern for my own safety after someone was basically trying to break into our apartment (police were called). Wasn't able to and the person in the apartment who caused it had no reprocussion. It is impossible to get out of a lease here and to just communicate with staff. I ended up moving home and just paid rent. It seems like they don't even care about their residents. However, they seem to pick and choose who they like. I have seen them waive fees for some, I have seen them let people move units easy peasy, and I have seen them let residents get away with stuff for way too long. Everything is outdated and old. Our dishwasher broke and flooded our kitchen THREE times. First time they fixed it with DUCT TAPE. Second time they replaced a seal (didn't last long), and third time when it flooded AGAIN, they finally ordered a new one. Guess what... Took 2 weeks to hear back, just to learn they gave it to another unit and forgot about us. There is also a bug problem. No matter what, there are always gnats and flies all over the apartment. They also act like they are so strict about parking and parking passes, but it lasts a week. There are cars in guest parking that have been there MONTHS (flat tires and all) and haven't been towed. They claim guests are only to park there no more than 3-4 days. Which adds to the difficulty of guests abiding to the rules to find parking. Then they risk getting towed from resident parking without a pass, even though every single guest lot is full. The only staff I have had pleasant experiences with are the ones who are there when I pick up my packages. They always try to help, but management hasn't been the best. They are all very poor about communication as well. I could go on about how much this place sucks and would give it 0 stars if I could. Save yourself money and frustration and go somewhere else, even if the rates are low here (probably because it sucks). I am looking forward to moving out the second my lease ends, heck even sooner if I can. I'll probably add more if I can think of it.

  If i could give this apartment a 0 star i would. We leased this apartment back in August and so far its been really bad. We showed up and the carpet floors were quite literally the dirtiest carpet i have ever seen. We bought a new shampooer for the carpet and the water was straight up black. We thought this place was a no smoking, but clearly someone was smoking in our apartment because the upper boards, ceiling, and doors were dark yellow. As we looked in the kitchen to see if anything was wrong, we had mold all over out cabinets. Clearly they didnt clean our apartment whatsoever. When showing up the apartment, you could smell fresh paint and they just painted over everything, getting paint on the floors and honestly everywhere. After living here for a couple of days because we didnt have anywhere to go, our neighbors have 4 animals and their boyfriends are over every single night. So there are 6 people and 4 animals in their apartment so you can hear absolutely everything they do. I cant even sleep here without loud banging or their animals, 24/7. Our sink also wasn't even connected to the counter. Its almost like they missed our apartment when doing their checks before leasing or they just dont care much. Customer service is good but they lie to you. Our washer also started smoking from the belt recently and they’re the grossest things ever. We cant even get a good working appliance even though we payed for this place. They also only have 2 people who go around and fix your appliances, but in reality, putting a ticket into the app or calling them, they're actually oblivious and they wonder why apartments here catch on fire. The lint trap for the dryer also had a massive hole in it. Even after getting a new lent trap, our clothes have lint all over them everytime and you have to start the dryer more than twice just to have dry clothes. They also mentioned the wifi was good enough for doing your school work or gaming, but they straight up just give you a password and nothing else. You can’t really do much at all on the wifi without having really bad ping, or the wifi actually just goes out. Its really hard to even do my school work on this wifi. Takes an hour just for a simple computer update. Knowing all of this, my 2 roomates and I dont even want to stay for the rest of our lease because of how bad this place is. Theres still so much to complain about but like wow, this place is actually awful. DO NOT lease with them, the rooms they show off are NOTHING like the ones we’re put in.

  As a loyal customer, client and residential customer to the west run apartments, I am highly not recommending anyone who’s thought about moving here or is in the hopes to moving here, 0 ratings. 0 stars, definitely not worth a review. Due to the following issue, once you moved in there all about collecting money and not investing into the company, that includes the apartment complex security, for the apartments which include the building, and any other property issue that need to be handled, they turn down people whom I help brought help to bloom there business, bus issue that they was gonna discontinue and thought nobody would know until other brought into light. I have several issue in the year and half I have lived and resided in from inconstant staffing & managements, to even as safety of a home due to break ins, neighbors fighting after hours or simply other not pick up after them self with trash and dog shit everywhere. Or a person who’s video recording and creep people out or following people who want to sign with the company. Other than that I’m sadly disgusted, disappointed and definitely angry with the company, I had reach out to the property management about my contract due to safety concerns and they’ve are absolutely refusing to correct the issues, include some other issue that I had mention. I will be sharing photos from conversations to prove this issue And The only pros about this apartment complex besides the pool, is weight room and our beloved Maintenance man (Rob).
