- VGVictoria GarrettAug 26, 20251.0Do not rent from them at all. They are one big scam especially that shawn Kelly. They leave the rental property with nailed shut windows, duct tape to hold up refrigerator, and duct tape and zipties for the porch swing. They are not an honest company at all. I was 25 weeks pregnant sat on their swing that they put up and got injured from it. The owner said he would give a glider but instead he held up the old swing with ductape and zipties.

- NSNisa SharmaOct 30, 20241.0I would not recommend this place to anyone. The management is extremely disrespectful. A friend of mine requested maintenance of the blinds on the window. He was told that “ there are other important things on the list” and when my friend ask if they have any estimated time frame the staff rudely replied” why not go get a blind yourself? “ that is totally absurd and disrespectful. There is no way somebody talk to the tenant like that. If you value respect for management, then avoid this please. I would not even give one star if I had the option to give none.
