We set out to interview each of the three, but when we walked into Larry’s office and met Becky Moore, we immediately knew we had found the perfect agent. I have been involved in over a dozen house transactions in my life, and have a pretty good idea what we all need in an agent. I can’t recommend Becky and Larry high enough. Becky has experience, energy and contacts. We followed her advice on what to fix up, repair or replace, and she was spot on. The pre-sale expense we put into the house was exactly right; not too much, not too little. Becky has a stable of reasonably-priced go-to guys to haul away trash, paint, perform all levels of handyman repairs, clean carpets, fix plumbing issues, deal with radon mitigation, etc etc. The photos and actual MLS listing were professionally done, and showed the house well on-line. She knew exactly the right price to ask for the house, and provided great advice during contract negotiations with potential buyers. Becky’s professional relationships with other agents and closing attorneys made the sales process utterly painless. And we found her to be totally responsive, be it by telephone, email or text. It was like having her physically by our side during the entire process from the first “hello” to the final handshake after closing.
