- MSMeg SheetsApr 13, 20175.0I really can't say enough good things about Chris and Laura at Gateway in Charleston. To say they bent over backwards to get me approved would be a major understatement! I was a difficult candidate for a mortgage to begin with and I honestly do not think I would've found another company who would've put the effort required to get me approved like they did. There were several obstacles throughout the process (to be expected, some not so much) & they were there to work me through them. We now live in our dream house and I recommend this office to anyone I can.

Then after 6 months, made several excuses as to why 'underwriting' couldn't approve the loan. Very unprofessional and disorganized.
