  I've been a resident since August 2024. Dusty and Amber have been so kind and proactive about any issues I come across (provided I have evidence). LOVE the community spots, such as the lounge, pool, and rec areas. It's quick access to the Medical Center and the Milwaukee company. The C1 and C2 units are favorable for those who want the feel of a 1 bedroom without the price tag. I've had neighbors here who were subpar, but I have more AWESOME neighbors that it makes up for the crummy ones!! The community events they host are really sincere and great opportunities to get to know the residents living with you as well.

  I have lived at 2929 for almost 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed the community and staff. Though there have been a few reviews noting the negatives (such as the smell of weed and dog feces/urine throughout), I have not seen any of those things on a large scale to warrant a negative review. Dusty and team are always responsive, warm, and have handled the community with the utmost respect. Whenever issues arise, they are quick to inform residents. I have never not felt safe and would recommend 2929 to anyone looking for a new home!

  Car got towed from the Guest Lot (in which you need to register for 24 hour parking) for no reason. Didn’t answer phone during business hours on Saturday, had to do all communication with the towing company to get my car back free of charge. Just been a rough experience and they will need to fix their process for guest parking. Double and triple check before parking in the guest lot, otherwise you will wake up and your car will be gone.

  Horrible property management. Picks and chooses when to enforce apartment rules. Floors are constantly riddled with dog urine. Parking lots are filled with dog feces left by unattended children. Elevators are left filthy with trash leaked coffee and etc. Overpriced not to be able to play your music at a reasonable time without noise complaints but tenants party in the court yard and leave it in filth anytime they leave. Elevators are down 5/7 days of the week leaving you to Walk down flights of stairs. Rude mail men, younger aged teenaged boys hanging out in the parking lot AFTER hours. Place needs to property management immediately.
